School opens and the house returns to it's lifeless state of daytime calm. Things start to slow as the summer sun is replaced by the responsibilities of school, work, homelife, kids, the holidays, and more. It is so easy, as the sun gives way to clouds, to slip into unproductive activities, forget the exercise routines, skip the time outside, and shift your focus to the needs of others almost fulltime.
